Eating Healthy With Marley Spoon

When it comes to my health and fitness, I have to say it’s my highest value and I train hard! I’m lucky that my coach is also my boyfriend, Sean Syddall, and the fitness editor of Sydney Chic, so at home we like to eat well but we don’t want to spend too much time shopping or figuring out what to make. So we discovered a simple solution, Marley Spoon.

Marley Spoon is a convenient way to organise your nutrition without compromising on flavour. What I like about the meal plans is that they are easy to follow, good for you and tastes sensational too. It’s on online ordering system with all the ingredients and easy to follow recipes are sent straight to your door. In our case, our box sent to the gym because that’s where we are most of the time (or the beach of course). You can find us at Beach Fit Bondi.

With Marley Spoon, each week you get to choose from 12 delicious recipes to combine, cook and enjoy at home. Four of which are specifically tailored for extra healthy eating, containing low GI carbs, minimal salts and sugars, lean meats and high fibre veggies.

Fun Fact: Creative Culinary Director of Marley Spoon, Olivia Andrews is a regular behind the scenes of MasterChef Australia, Recipe to Riches, Destination Flavour, and Ready Steady Cook. With kitchen credentials that include Gordon Ramsay’s The Savoy Grill, Olivia knows how to translate professional cooking into home cooking.
