Gin Palooza is returning to Sydney from Friday 4 September (Postponed)

Sorry to announce that the September Sydney Gin Palooza has been Postponed. NSW Health regulations regarding Covid-19 now instructs the organisers that the Sydney Gin Palooza 4 & 5 September cannot proceed with more than 150 people present. The team had created a Covid Safety Plan, and an Alcohol Management Plan and were assured by the venue CEO that the event could proceed despite pubs and clubs being restricted to 150 people. However things abruptly changed in NSW and for your safety and the safety of the distillers and the people of greater Sydney the event is now being held in December.


 
There are no refunds. However your tickets are valid for the same sessions at the ICC Sydney on Friday and Saturday 4 & 5 December for the planned CHRISTMAS GIN PALOOZA.

Martini glasses at the ready, Gin Palooza is returning to Sydney from Friday 4 – Saturday 5 September at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC).

The two day festival will bring together 33 craft distillers and showcase more than 160 craft gins from Australia’s preeminent distillers. Adorned with palm trees, the ICC’s gallery room will transform into a gin lovers’ garden paradise, boasting fresh new botanicals and the latest innovations in the industry.

The Festival will consist of three x three hour sessions, giving gin connoisseurs ample time to  create the G&Ts of their dreams using new release Artisan tonics expertly mixed with world-class gins.

Participating distillers include: The Farmer's Wife, Martin Distillation Company,Newy Distillery, Distillery Botanica, Prohibition Liquor Co, Barossa distilling, Manly SpiritsSettlers Spirits, Ambleside Distillers and WA’s Giniversity.

Enhance your gin knowledge at one the events dynamic masterclasses which include: leading bartender Mikey Enright’s Cocktail Masterclass (5 Sep), an informative gin history lesson and engaging demonstration of classic bartending techniques; and Cape Byron Distillery co-founder Eddie Brooke’s Brookies Gin Masterclass (5 Sep), an immersive lesson on how various forest botanicals contribute to the flavour profile of craft gins, including a hands-on cocktail making tutorial.

Patrons can also look forward to FREE coffees from Schibello Coffee, as well as a tantalising array of gourmet dishes from cod croquettes to beef sliders, arancini balls, butter chicken and gin cured Atlantic salmon.

The event will observe a CovidSafe plan in line with government regulations to ensure the safety of attendees.
