Lifting your spirits with spooky twists on classics cocktails

Halloween is just around the corner so we are sharing some great cocktail recipes with a spooky twist to help party now that we are out and about again!

Bacardí Pineapple Potion

Ingredients

• 2 parts BACARDÍ Spiced Rum

• 4 parts pineapple juice

• + Pineapple wedge

Method

Fill a glass with ice, add BACARDÍ Spiced rum and top with chilled pineapple juice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.


Bloody Mojito

Ingredients:

• 60ml Bacardi Carta Balance

• 30ml Fresh Lime Juice

• 2tsp Caster Sugar

• 8 mint leaves

• + 10ml Grenadine

• + mint sprig

• + blood orange slice (opt.)

Method:

Step 1: Add Bacardi Carta Blanca, Lime & sugar to a tall glass. Stir to dissolve sugar.

Step 2: Fill ¾ with ice, add mint and churn to mix mint throughout.

Step 3: Top with ice and drizzle grenadine over the top.

Step 4: Add mint spring and opt. blood orange slice.


Barcardi Zombie

Ingredients:

• 30ml Bacardi Carta Blanca

• 30ml Bacardí Reserva Ocho 8

• 30ml Pineapple Juice

• 20ml Lime juice

• 15ml Passionfruit pulp (deseeded)

• 2 Dashes Angostura bitters

• + Mint

• + Orange slice

Method:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice.

Step 2: Shake and pour unstrained into a highball glass.

Step 3: Garnish with a cherry and sprig of mint.


Grey Goose Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

• 50ml GREY GOOSE Vodka

• 10ml Sweet Vermouth or Red Wine

• 100ml Premium tomato juice

• 10ml Fresh lemon juice

• 5ml Worcestershire sauce

• 5 Dashes of hot sauce

• + Pinch of Salt

• + Pinch of black pepper

• + Celery

• + Fresh aromatic herbs (e.g. thyme)

• 1 Barspoon of horseradish (optional)

Method:

Step 1: Build Ingredients in a Boston glass

Step 2: Top with cubes ice

Step 3: Roll the cocktail by pouring it back and forth between the Boston glass and tin

Step 4: Strain into a highball glass and garnish with a fresh cut celery, ground pepper and sprigs of aromatic herbs


Spicy Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Patron Reposado

  • 20ml Fresh lime juice

  • 2pcs Fresh watermelon (5x5cm Chunks)

  • 15ml Agave nectar

  • + Chilli salt

  • + Watermelon piece (garnish)

Method:

Step 1: Rub the watermelon garnish piece around the rim of a tumbler & dab the wet rim of the glass into chilli salt and.set aside.

Step 2: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker & muddle watermelon chunks.

Step 3: Fill with ice, shake hard until frosted on outside.

Step 4: Strain into prepared glass over ice and garnish.
