I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch last night of the MLC Centre pop up "Salts Meats Cheese" and I was very grateful that I was. I tasted gorgeous sparkling wine, an Italian aperitif, finely sliced Prosciutto wrapped around a bread stick and drizzled in truffle oil and Unlce Joe's Homemade Meatballs in Rich Tomato Sauce which was delicious.

The place was buzzing with people singing the praises of Salt Meats Cheese Owner's Edoardo Perlo and Stefano De Blasi.

A visit to this store filled with delicious imported foods is an experience everyone in the CBD should try! You can forget the middle man and the mark up, Salt Meats Cheese offer the highest quality products from the best suppliers around the world at wholesale prices.

To make life easy for you there is a selection for lunch from Meatball Panino $7 and a slection of fresh salads and sandwiches every day. Too busy to cook? Problem solved just purchase a grab-n-go dinner pack and enjoy when you unwind at home.

Apart from that, just being in the store is an adventure with so many fabulous delights to look at. A huge selection of cheese, cold meats, salts, chocolates, pastas, drinks, sauces and much more...it is a Foodie's Paradise and a Blogger's Heaven.

You can also visit the Alexandria Warehouse, attend a cooking class, order catering, read the blog and even order online. Visit the website for more information.

Have a guess where this blogger is heading back tomorrow?
