What really strikes me when I enter the Pullman is the beautiful wall garden in the drive. It's gorgeous and welcoming. Talking about welcoming, the same have to be said for the staff of the Pullman Hyde Park Plaza where smiles can be seen around the hotel with many happy employees enjoying their job.

The rooftop pool, spa and gym area are fabulous with wonderful views of Sydney that makes staying at the Pullman worth it just for this experience alone! The gym is actually quite large and facilities in excellent working order and clean.

The Pullman caters for business travellers, families, weddings, conferences and it's also not unusual to hear about celebrities staying at the hotel.

The bar, which is run by long-term employee Paul, has a lovely ambience and if you don't want to go to the restaurant there is always the bar menu to choose from. Paul makes a pretty good Mojito as well!

I often visit the cafe for my meetings as it overlooks the greenery of Hyde Park and is spacious, comfortable and not noisy - perfect for meetings!

Windows Restaurant has a fabulous outlook and the food is delicious.  Recently, celebrity chef, Justin North has become the culinary ambassador for the Pullman Hotels.

I love the Pullman Hyde Park - there is something really trendy and happening at this venue!

Keep the Pullman on the A list http://www.pullmansydneyhydepark.com.au/
