Things to do in Sydney | Have a drink at the Pullman
Being a Darlinghurst local, one of my favourite places to chill is the the Bar at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. The ambience suits me, it's quiet and beautifully decorated. What really makes this bar stand out though is the barman, Paul. Paul is friendly, chatty and loves to get to know his customers.
As well as the bar, restaurant and rooms, the Pullman Hotel Hyde Park also caters for conferences.
Pictured is my daughter, Grace with Paul who made Grace's first ever Mojito now that she's just turned 18.
