Live at Yours: An Evening of Classical Music at Sydney's Great Synagogue

Live at Yours brings an intimate musical experience to one of Sydney's most beautiful historic venues on Tuesday 20 October 2026.

Sydney's cultural calendar offers some wonderful experiences, but few combine exceptional live music, historic architecture and fine dining quite like this upcoming evening at the Great Synagogue.

Presented by Live at Yours, the event brings together three accomplished musicians — Satu Vänskä, Konstantin Shamray and Elina Faskhi — for a special performance in the magnificent surroundings of Sydney's Great Synagogue.

Hosted by David Griffiths, the evening promises an intimate celebration of music in a venue renowned for its striking architecture and rich history.

Music in a Remarkable Sydney Setting

Located in the heart of Sydney, the Great Synagogue is one of the city's most impressive heritage buildings. Its beautiful interiors and architectural details provide an extraordinary backdrop for a live musical performance.

The evening begins with a welcoming gin before guests settle in to enjoy the musicianship of three talented performers.

For lovers of classical music, historic architecture and unique Sydney experiences, this is an opportunity to enjoy something a little different from the usual night out.

Make an Evening of It

Adding to the experience is the opportunity to enjoy a special dinner at Sydney Common, conveniently located nearby.

The combination of music, atmosphere and dining makes this an appealing choice for a memorable evening in the city, whether you're a dedicated classical music enthusiast or simply appreciate Sydney's diverse cultural offerings.
