Save trees by creating your own digital invitations and thank you notes with Paperless Post.

Paperless Post electronic invites are perfect for parties, baby showers, weddings, engagements parties and any event you can think of. They have recently added a new range of funky flyers with 50 free email invites included and a link to share.

The templates and available images, gifs and fonts are modern and a lot of them fun. You can also customize the templates and upload your own graphics and photos. For example a couple who just got married can send electronic thank you notes with some of their wedding photos embedded.

Paperless Post makes sending out cards fun, quick and cost effective. They also look great on mobile.

You don't have to have graphic design skills to create all sorts of digital cards. The problem I'm having is instead of getting on with my work I've been too busy playing around with what I can do with this design platform I've recently found!

Paperless Post

For business owners this is a great way to keep in touch with clients. Some ideas you can use these cards for are:

  • Welcome new staff

  • Organising a workshop or event

  • Thank you cards

  • Staying in touch with a new client

  • Remembering a client's birthday or special day

  • Christmas cards

Paperless Post has a free app that you can download that enables you to select, edit, and save cards, as well as flyers. I prefer to do all my design work on my desktop though. Cards are purchased through a 'coin' system and it really is cost-effective, especially when you compare to printing.

Click the quick sample below to see how it works.

If you are organising an event using Paperless Post will make it easy to manage your RSVPs and Guest lists.

Try for yourself.
