As the cooler months make it tempting to stay indoors, Australians are being encouraged to keep moving with the free Red Bull Elevate Your Fitness Challenge.
The nationwide initiative gives participants the opportunity to follow training methods inspired by some of Australia's leading sporting stars, including Olympic canoe champion Jess Fox, NRL player Reece Walsh, rising tennis talent Maya Joint, parkour athlete Dom Di Tommaso and Supercars champion Broc Feeney.
Designed to help people build stronger fitness habits, the challenge combines strength and cardio workouts that can be completed as part of a regular exercise routine. Rather than focusing on elite performance, the program encourages participants of all fitness levels to develop consistency and try new styles of training.
Those who complete the challenge through Strava will also go into the draw to win one of three international Red Bull fitness experiences in Japan, Taiwan or New Zealand.

Whether you're training for a fun run, getting back into exercise after winter, or simply looking for fresh workout ideas, the challenge offers extra motivation while learning from some of Australia's best athletes.

Train Your Way: Complete 15 active days during the 35-day challenge period. Whether you're running, riding, walking, swimming or training in the gym, every approved activity counts towards your progress.
Reflect & Submit: Finish the challenge and share, in 25 words or less, how you elevated your fitness this winter by combining strength and cardio.
Go into the draw: Complete the challenge and reflect & submit, to go into the draw to win one of three unforgettable Red Bull fitness experiences. And the first 100 people to finish will also receive a Red Bull Zero 4-pack
