Now in its 14th year, The Fitness Sow will bring together some of the biggest fitspo celebrity names, plus fitness and wellness brands in Australia. The show will cover the latest in fitness education, technology, health foods, sports nutrition, group fitness and fitness apparel.


High-profile talent announced so far that will be attending (and will be providing expert talks, workouts and meet and greets) include the likes of Ellice Whichello, Dann Conn, Rachael Finch, Kwame Duah, Simeon Panda, Sophie Guidolin, and Calum Von Moger.


Australia as a nation continues to have a hunger for fitness and the aim of the Fitness Show is to provide the opportunity for attendees to be inspired and educated about all things fitness and wellness related, by the best in their fields.

The Fitness Show Sydney attracts industry professionals and hardcore fitness lovers, and those who wish to learn more about health and fitness and a possible change of lifestyle.

The event will showcase the biggest trends that are continuing to emerge in the health and fitness world for 2019. These include wearable tech (tackling both your fitness and health), vegan and sustainable/ethical brands (which will continue to feature and gain in mainstream popularity), boutique fitness, group training and high intensity interval training, which will continue to become more prevalent in the fitness space.


To ensure it show appeals to its multifaceted audience, the Fitness Show will be offering three different zones at the event:


Strength: All the effort combines in an epic workout you cannot miss in the Strength Zone. Push yourself to new levels as you meet the greatest bodybuilders and fitness influencers. Learn new splits, movements and discover the gains you’re going for in the ultimate weekend at the Fitness Show. Activations will include Muscle Beach, a fully equipped “Venice beach” style gym set, visitors will witness live workouts from some of the biggest names; Simeon Panda, Calum Von Moger, and Marcus Bondi. The Muscle and Model Stage will be there once again (home to ICN championships), showcasing the best in natural muscle and sport modeling, who will battle it out on stage. Additionally, there will be a Powerlifting Arena, Calisthenics Playground, Body Science Arena (which will host a number of strength and conditioning workouts) and a Boxing Arena, sponsored by Corporate Fighter.


Active: Mindfulness, physical health, wellness and a bit of cheeky shopping combine in a perfect combination of kick-ass motivation in the Active Zone at the Fitness Show. Grab your mates; the perfect fit-weekend has arrived. #FITACTIVE. It will include activations such as Fit-Fest Stage, sponsored by YoPro, which gives the opportunity to participate in or watch a workout led by a fitspo celebrity. You will be able to also check out the Wellness Hub, sponsored by YoPro, which offers free seminars and cooking demonstrations, and fitness and health advice from Australia’s leading ambassadors and influencers. Also new for this year will be the Pole and Ariel Park, hosted by Shoe me & X-pole and Lorna Jane will be hosting a big warehouse sale that you won’t want to miss!


Industry: Get your hands on the latest equipment, explore new industry trends, meet key industry players face-to-face and expand your professional network. New in 2019, the exclusive Industry Zone will be open for two days on Friday 12 April and Saturday 13 April.
