Game on: The Nardini Cocktail Mixing Challenge has arrived!

Sydney Chic (well me actually) has been invited to participate in The Wog With The Grog’s Nardini cocktail challenge along with about 35 other bloggers, foodies and media.

The challenge is to create an original Nardini cocktail. All of the entrants were invited to attend a 30 minute mentoring session with The Wog With The Grog and the photo above is my cocktail in the making thanks to the guidance from Rob. Now I can’t tell you what’s in my cocktail as it’s a secret until the judging but I can tell you it is fresh, light and very tasty! I am biased of course!

There’s a big prize up for stake here, which is a trip to Bassano del Grappa, in the region of Veneto, Italy.

Step One: Entrants submit their idea for the cocktail

Step Two: Mentoring session with Rob at La Pesa in Darlinghurst

Step Three: Judging of cocktails on the 17th Feb with 10 finalists announced

Step Four: The 10 finalists will mix their creation at our exclusive aperitivo party at Porsche South Sydney

Step Five: Winners announced

I’ll keep you updated as the challenge unfold and will share some of the cocktails after the finals.
