Luxury and Lagoon Views: Our Stay at Conrad Bora Bora Nui
Bora Bora has long been a destination that inspires wanderlust — with its crystalline lagoon, lush mountain peaks, and luxury stays unlike anywhere else in the world. We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was one of the most memorable trips of all our travels.
Conrad Bora Bora Nui, one of the island’s most celebrated resorts exceeded our expectations.
The Overwater Experience
We stayed in a spacious, beautifully styled overwater bungalow. With panoramic views of the turquoise lagoon, direct ladder access to the sea, and uninterrupted privacy, it was an idyllic base to relax and soak up the beauty. The Wi-Fi was excellent (for those who need to stay connected), but it was the sound of the ocean and the gentle sway of the bungalows that truly captured their hearts.
Dining and Celebrations
Every meal at Conrad Bora Bora Nui was a standout — from fresh seafood to exquisite local flavours. The service throughout the resort was impeccable, we celebrated my birthday here with champagne.
With multiple restaurants to choose from, every meal felt like a special event. Whether dining on the beach, at the pool, or under the stars, the resort delivered world-class cuisine with warm Polynesian hospitality.
Adventure and Activities
The resort offers a range of activities that kept the couple entertained between quiet moments. They snorkelled straight off their bungalow — spotting colourful marine life just beneath the surface. Bikes were available to explore the grounds at their own pace, and the on-site gym allowed for a quick workout with an ocean view.
