AIR SIGNS - LIBRAN AQUARIANS GEMINI

  • Wear green to feel healthier and lose weight.

  • Buy green sheets for a good sleep.

  • Put a photo of yourself looking like the perfect weight in a green frame – just photoshop a pic of your head on a photo from a magazine.

  • This works like a vision board/affirmation.Imagine a green balloon, with your weight affirmation on it and picture it flying into the Universe – do this every day.

  • Best exercise for Libra. 30 minute power sessions i.e. sprint and cycle will help burn calories and keep you fit.

  • Eat lots of green foods to improve health and reduce stress, avocado, cabbage, olive oil, beans, peas, sprouts and green apples.

FIRE SIGNS - ARIES, LEO AND SAGGITARIUS

  • Wear red to feel powerful

  • Place an affirmation of the weight you want to lose in written red and place in fridge and pantry so you can see it every time you are tempted

  • Place mirrors in the home with red frames

  • Best exercise for you is Kayaking, running and aerobics

  • Eat red foods i.e. red onion, capsicum, strawberries and tomatoes and lean red meat.

EARTH SIGNS - TAURUS, VIRGO AND CAPRICORN

  • Yellow is best for you, wear yellow or something yellow

  • Light a yellow candle and scratch your ideal weight in it – meditate on this weight whilst watching the candle flame

  • Best exercise for you is swimming, water aerobics and Yoga

  • Eat yellow foods i.e. lemons, grapefruits, squash and include cinnamon when possible in your diet

WATER SIGNS – CANCER, SCORPIO AND PISCIES

  • Blue is your colour, wear blue whenever possible and surround yourself with blue

  • Write an affirmation about your ideal weight, place in blue frame somewhere where you can see it constantly…i.e. your desk

  • Place pictures of the sea in home to encourage relaxation

  • Best exercise for your is running on beach, daily walking and weights

  • Eat plenty of Dark vegetables i.e. spinach, red grapes, beetroot, blueberries
