Black truffle lovers have a new reason to visit Sydney Olympic Park this winter, with RAFI URBNSURF unveiling a limited-edition dining experience dedicated to one of the season's most sought-after ingredients.
Available throughout July, the four-course banquet showcases black truffle across every course, pairing premium Australian produce with refined seasonal flavours.
The experience begins with scampi tartare, cured Wagyu and black truffle before moving to porcini and shiitake tagliolini with black garlic. The main course features Westholme Wagyu scotch fillet, while dessert finishes the evening with an inventive roasted banana and miso mousse.
Guests can also choose to add a carefully matched wine pairing designed to complement the earthy richness of the truffle-focused menu.
Set within the unique surroundings of URBNSURF, the limited winter banquet offers an elevated dining experience for those looking to celebrate truffle season with a memorable four-course meal.
