Inspired by Vivid’s canvas of lights that will be draped around Sydney’s city buildings from May 23rd – June 9th, O Bar (level 47 Australia Square) has introduced a new cocktail - Pink Ruby - in celebration of the annual festival.

Served glowing over crushed ice, guests can sip on this libation of Grey Goose Vodka, Licor 43, shaken with O Bar’s house made rhubarb puree and fresh lemon, whilst immersed in Sydney’s alluring light show.

This year, for the first time, Vivid will be extending its display onto the harbour, lighting up the Sydney Harbour Bridge and many of the cruise vessels, ferries and water taxis that regularly travel around the harbour waters.

With O Bar offering an exclusive, 360-degree, panoramic view of Sydney, including uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House – the pinnacle of Vivid’s exhibition, there really in no better way or place to experience this innovative and mesmerising event.

Additionally, in keeping with the 18 nights of luminous revelry, O Bar is offering a tasteful deal: buy two Pink Ruby cocktails and receive a complementary tapas dish, such as salmon or sticky beef tacos or garlic mushroom tartlets with goats curd and walnuts*.

Price of the Pink Ruby cocktail: $18.00

*Complimentary tapas dish changes daily.
