Sydney’s premium bar destination, Zeta Bar, has the solution for those who can't make it to the ski slopes as the season comes to an end.
Heating up the height of Winter, Zeta Bar has transformed into a winter wonderland whereby guests can indulge by candlelight on festive cocktails and mulled wine whilst eating delicious roasted chestnuts snuggled up to a warm fire.
The Après Ski evenings have some great foodie delights including pork rolls with apple schnapps, as well as sizzling cheese fondue or garlic mushrooms. For something sweet try delightful toasted marshmallows dipped rich and decadent chocolate fondue. To add even more taste sensation, Zeta’s bartenders have created an extensive cocktail list to with everything from a Double Black Diamond Espresso with cinnamon and a touch of raspberry, to a Toasted Marshmallow Gin Fizz, or a fluffy and flavoursome take on the infamous Ramos Fizz cocktail, incorporating Tanqueray gin charged with orange flower water and toasted marshmallow, served tall. The Honey’d Highlander (aka Fancy Hot Toddy) is a combination of Johnnie Walker Black Label infused with stonefruits and honeycomb served hot toddy style, pipe and smoking jacket recommended, but not essential. Finish the evening with the finest of night-caps, including a Roasted Chestnut Rum Blazer consisting of Ron Zacapa which is blazed with toasted chestnut syrup and winter spices, served short and hot.
