Last night I was privileged to attend an exclusive viewing of the Archibald Prize at the Art Gallery NSW hosted by KPMG.

Congratulations to all the Archibald 2014 Finalists, it must have been a difficult choice for the judges with such a collection of brilliant artwork.

As I wandered around the exhibition I was drawn to a number of the paintings including:

Fiona Lowry's "Penelope Seidler"

Tim Maguire's "Cate Blanchett"

Rodney Pope's "Barry Humphries"

Nicolee Payne's "Fuifui Moimoi"

That's my opinion and I'm sure if you can make a trip to the Gallery you will find your favourites too.

The Art Gallery is perfect for events with its light-filled contemporary spaces and spectacular views to Sydney Harbour and beyond so definitely worth thinking about for your next corporate breakfast, dinner, cocktail party, conference or launch. The venue can also provide state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and award-winning catering, and can also arrange exhibition viewings and personal tours of the galleries.
