K.blu

By Scarlett Vespa

When I learnt of KBLU, I was surprised at the quality and thought put into the garments, it felt like a well established brand because of it’s quality and design. I was fortunate enough to sample a piece (see pic) which was beautifully made and so comfortable to wear. Also another surprise was that I’m not a size 8 and it fit me comfortably being a brand for a leaner customer - so that was great!

The design and fabric take the brand up a notch and the designer has obviously thought about all the issues women have in swimwear and you can feel that passion and eye for details in both collections.

I also love the marketing campaign - it shows the swimwear beautifully and illustrates the line and the vision of it’s designer. Highly recommend.

More about Brand:

Lyn Rosmarin of K.BLU launched the brand in 2014 after realising a dearth of smaller-sized, fashionable swimwear that better fit petite Asian frames. The brand offers a selection of swimwear that leans towards a more wholesome, Asian-centric aesthetic – fuller coverage and increased support. The fabrics used are also softer and lighter, ensuring a fit and drape that is graceful and flattering.

A big fashion aficionado and inspired by her two-year jaunt in the south of France, Lyn also incorporates her passion for prints and patterns into K.BLU’s collection. The vivid hues and charming prints on the tasteful, elegant designs evoke luxurious, sun-soaked experiences.
