Project Botanicals: This distinctive cocktail and dining experience will be in Sydney for three week

In celebration of Australia’s continued love affair with gin and following the success of two sold out seasons in Melbourne, Project Botanicals is coming to Sydney. The distinctive cocktail and dining experience will be in town for three weeks only, in partnership with one of Australia’s most respected and awarded regional chefs, James Viles of Biota Dining, Bowral.

Having attended a sneak preview at the Sydney Media Lunch I can assure you this is a great experience. The menu has been designed around the ten botanicals found in each bottle of Bombay Sapphire and will be matched with a Bombay Sapphire cocktail created by the Bombay Sapphire team and some of Sydney’s best local bars, establishing itself as the hottest new dining experience this silly season. The cocktails and dishes that I experienced were amazing, except for one cocktail I thought was a little strange tasting, but when I was instructed to taste part of the matched dish prior to tasting the cocktail something magic happened! It was incredible.
