What a great way to start Mardi Gras.... a private party courtesy of the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. This is my third year that I have had the privilege of watching the beginning of Mardi Gras from the Pullman, and let me tell you the atmosphere is always electric.
The Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is positioned perfectly for the start of this annual event situated close to Oxford St and opposite Hyde Park.
Guests were treated to a range of fantastic finger food and beautiful wines courtesy of De Boretelli Wines, and as a special treat each of us received a pair of Funky Trunks...how cool are they?
