Good to Glow Highlighter is an instant, buildable liquid illuminator and highlighter available in two shades Notting Hill Glow and Soho Glow. Good to Glow can be worn on its own to emphasise the high points of the face or it can be mixed with foundation to create a subtle all over glow. I've found it easy to apply, and doesn't have that heavy foundation fee.
