We were invited to check out the Palace Cinemas Central Park Sydney which is conveniently located 5 minutes from Central Railway Station. The venue comprises 13 screens, including multiple sundrenched lounges and bar areas, a wine wall and a beer hall. The cinema represents a transformation of the traditional cinema-going experience.

Three of the cinemas have windows that overlook the streets below, plus a wide selection of artisan food choices, from cheese boards, bruschetta and more. You can also enjoy a drink at the bar. We opted for coffee after the movie which was good. Sean gave it 8/10.

We decided to watch the Orient Express, and ordered one of the cheesboards to enjoy during the movie. Certainly beats the traditional choc top and popcorn! This is upmarket cinema now!

The theatre was quite small and cosy and the seating was comfortable with good views of the screen.
