All prices are in Australian Dollars starting from $235 per night, long stay, low season to $400 per night for New Years Eve. Average: $300 per night.

Departure cleaning fee: $200

Minimum 4 night stay.

ABOUT

In 2006 Deborah Labi had just moved into her house and then suffered a personal trauma. She wanted to escape overseas for some reprieve but didn’t have the funds so she started investigating into “holiday rentals” and, as they say, the rest is history! Deborah's first guest was the BBC, who rented the house to accommodate, and film, a family who were looking to relocate to Australia? Was that a good omen or what? It must have been because over a decade later she's still in business with a great list of exclusive properties for short term and holiday rentals in Sydney.

Deborah loves travel, airports, and staying in hotels and when started renting out her own home in 2006, she realised that this was a way to have her very own “hotel”. She could welcome guests, give them a fabulous stay and guests started to come back. Deborah puts this down to her level of very high and hands-on customer service. She personally looks after all the correspondence with guests and property owners as well as the linen service, cleaning service and accountant. It's this level of personalised service that Ruby Residences gets repeat business from satisfied guests.
