The award-winning team behind Sydney’s first Bubble Waffle Café are cooking up a European Christmas Market feel this month as they transform their Manly shop into a winter warming wonderland.

Kicking off 1st July, co-founders, Irene Zalami & Saskia Schuck have created an exclusive winter menu, complete with festive music, blankets, hot drinks and JINGLE JELLS, a snowman bubble waffle. What better way to indulge this winter!

BANOFFEE

An original bubble waffle, caramel biscuit gelato, whipped cream, sliced banana, dulce de leche caramel drizzle, Scotch Finger biscuit & crumble.

FIG & MAPLE

Cinnamon bubble waffle, caramelized fig gelato, Biscoff biscuit, choc honeycomb crumble, pure Maple syrup and cinnamon sugar.

BLACK FOREST

Original vegan, gluten free bubble waffle, chocolate sorbet gelato, Oreo biscuit, berry drizzle, whipped cream (optional for vegans), dusted in icing.

Finalists in the Australian Small Business Champions Awards, the founders were inspired by Hong Kong street food known as bubble waffles and found their favourite dessert was missing from their home town. Made using flour, eggs, evaporated milk and sugar, they are poured into moulds to get their bubbly shape.
