Sydney’s luxury events landscape is about to welcome a striking new addition, with Doltone Hospitality Group unveiling plans for Doltone House Harbourside, a next generation waterfront venue opening in Darling Harbour in 2027.
Positioned within Mirvac’s major $2 billion Harbourside redevelopment, the expansive new venue promises a sophisticated harbourfront setting designed for weddings, gala celebrations, corporate events and large scale conferences in the heart of Sydney.
Spanning more than 4,500 square metres, Doltone House Harbourside has been purpose built to host events on a grand scale while still maintaining an intimate atmosphere. The venue will accommodate up to 1,250 guests and also include a dedicated business centre for meetings and conferencing.
Doltone House Harbourside Defining Features
One of the venue’s defining features will be its uninterrupted floor to ceiling glass frontage overlooking Darling Harbour. By day, guests can expect sweeping waterfront views and golden hour light across the harbour, while evenings will bring Sydney’s city skyline to life as a dramatic backdrop for celebrations and events.
Located moments from the International Convention Centre and surrounded by Darling Harbour hotels, the venue has been designed to become a major player in Sydney’s premium events market.
Future connectivity to the Pyrmont Metro Station, alongside access from the waterfront promenade and Pyrmont Bridge, will further position the destination at the centre of Sydney’s tourism and convention precinct.
The broader Harbourside redevelopment will also introduce a revitalised public waterfront precinct featuring a new harbourfront park, expanded promenade and additional open public spaces.
Bookings are already open ahead of the 2027 launch, giving wedding planners, event organisers and corporate clients early access to sought after dates before the official opening.
For Sydney couples planning luxury waterfront weddings or businesses looking ahead to future events, Doltone House Harbourside is shaping up to be one of the city’s most anticipated new venues.
