After Chandon’s success in France, Argentina, Brazil and California, they began exploring the potential to produce Premium Sparkling Wines in Australia. Since the 1980’s Yarra Valley has been the main point of production for Domaine Chandon. Chandon’s success in Australia was visible at this stunning event.
Rubbing shoulders with Sydney's A-listers, Cafe Del Mar host a wonderful ‘Happy Hour’, endless bubbly and the kitchen producing exquisite canapés to indulge the finest palate. Chandon Sparkling Hours was the perfect event to wind down in style and welcome the weekend a day early.
