Esprit's online store celebrates its first birthday

ESPRIT

By Deb Carr

I was invited to celebrate the first birthday of Esprit’s online store with an intimate brunch for media and bloggers at The Bar of the End of the Wharf, Dawes Point. What a great choice of venue I must add!

Fashion/lifestyle media and bloggers were invited to view the latest range and interact first hand with the site – www.esprit.com.au which includes the trend division, maternity and an extended children’s range for Australian and New Zealand customers.

Guests were given the opportunity to choose something from the online store as a gift, and I chose the Cotton Satin Prague Pant which arrived yesterday. They feel fabulous on and look very stylish; the perfect pant for summer. The Esprit online shopping experience is a lot of fun and the pricing is very reasonable too. I think I’ll be wearing a lot more Esprit to my functions from now on.

The brand has had much to celebrate in the past year under the new leadership of Executive Director and Group CEO Jose Martinez Guiterrez (formerly the group director of distribution and operations for Inditex, owner of the Zara brand). The introduction of “Trend” Division was introduced to the Esprit womenswear business to reflect runway themes, colour and shapes also an immediate reaction to market demand.
