It was a great start to the Sydney Spring Carnival filled with glamour and excitement at the Colgate Optic White Stakes Day Royal Randwick. In celebration of the iconic colour of Colgate Optic White, racegoers got into the groove by wearing a splash of red. Despite the threat of rain, the skies opened up and put on a brilliant day.

There was plenty of fashion being showcased by both male and female proving Sydney is a city with plenty of chic! The races are a great day out, plenty of fun and what better excuse to frock up?

General admission customers who pre-purchased a ticket at www.theraces.com.au received a complimentary flute of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial valued at $25.

Royal Randwick provides free high-capacity WiFi right across the racecourse precinct, as well as free parking in the infield. Buses run direct to and from the course and Central Station throughout the day. For all ticketing, racing, hospitality and general information go to www.theraces.com.au
