Ditch the phone and work out to music on your wrist with the new TomTom Spark range now available in

This morning I attended the launch of the all-new TomTom Spark GPS fitness watch attended by Brand Ambassador Matt Shirvington and guest speaker Lauryn Eagle. Matt told us that he uses TomTom Spark as his coach because he can track his progress and get motivated! The multi-sport mode lets users track all of their sporting activity including running, cycling, swimming, treadmill and gym workouts, giving them real time information including time, distance, speed and pace.

TomTom Spark also features integrated 3GB music so now fitness enthusiasts can work out whilst listening to their songs without having to strap a phone to their arm or worry about wires getting in the way during their workout.

The TomTom Spark GPS fitness watch streams music to a wide range of Bluetooth® headphones, and comes preloaded with a bespoke thirty minute Running Trax, curated by Ministry of Sound. Playlists can also be easily downloaded to TomTom Spark from iTunes or Windows Media® Player.

The watch has the unique combination of an integrated music player, built-in heart rate monitor, 24/7 activity tracking, multi-sport modes and GPS making it easier than ever to track progress, improve overall fitness levels and ultimately get more from your workout. TomTom Spark tracks steps, active minutes, distance, calories burned and sleep duration are tracked by the 24/7 activity tracking feature. Users can set and track daily and weekly goals, follow progress on their watch or via the TomTom MySports app and TomTom MySports web site. Alternatively, they can also upload their stats to multiple platforms including RunKeeper, Nike+ and more.
