Rimmel's Sun Shimmer Instant Tan BB Skin Perfector: Beauty Review

Rimmel sent me their Sunshimmer Instant Tan BB Perfector 9-in-1 to try and I'm more than pleased with this product. It's not like your normal tanner, or gradual tan and the texture is similar to foundation or what you would expect from a BB cream.

Note: Don't do what I did the first time and try and slather a heap on your arms.....what a mess I made! What I have found is to rub a little at the time, use sparingly. Below is a picture of my arm, I'm actually quite tanned at the moment so used the inside of my arm, which isn't so tanned. You can see the difference where I rubbed in the BB Perfector i.e. the skin around my watch has not tannner.

What I do like about this product is using it on my face; I think it gives that healthy glow that many of us Australians strive for.

The BB Tan lasts for up to 24 hours and washes off. It does NOT contain any sunscreen so please keep that in mind when using it. It does have a slight perfumer however not that awful fake tan smell that many tanners leave on the skin.

Around $15

Here's what it does:

  • Healthy glow

  • Instang colour

  • Coverage

  • Evens skin tone

  • Perfects

  • Gives instant luminosity

  • Softens

  • Moisturises for up to 24 hours

  • Smoothes
