Native Australian Organic Skincare

My morning routine is that as soon as I'm out of bed I splash very cold water on my face and then apply my skincare. I've actually been detoxing this week and my torso has been covered in a shocking rash from the experience (shows how toxic I am)! Luckily my face never suffered, so I've been feeling a little lousy until today! Today I woke up feeling energised and I must say I look much 'brighter' I'm sure it's a combination of both the detox and the fact I am not adding any nasties to my face, as I've been using the three products I'm writing about below. I love anything that is natural, and especially when it comes from our own country. Bushwalking is my favourite thing to do and nothing invigorates me like the energy I feel when I'm in a rainforest and the natural smells of Australian flora. Think Wattle. Think Boronia. NATIVE AUSTRALIAN LANOLIN BRIGHTENING LOTION

This Native Australian Lanolin Brightening Lotion has a lanolin base and it's designed to illuminate and even out skintone. It has a concentrated natural Vitamin C from Kakadu Plum extract; sourced from the pristine outback of Native Australia and enhanced by an abundance of super nourishing extracts and natural oils for flawless glowing skin. Vitamin C has been known for its skincare benefits for years and help reduce the signs of ageing. The Lanolin and Sweet Almond Oil lubricates the skin. By the way I'm in my 50's and I see no point in trying to look like a 30 year old, what I do see a point in is being the best you can look for your age. To me, that's far more attractive than pretending you have defied age. That's impossible!.

My verdict: I love it. I only use a small amount in the morning and evening and it absorbs quickly into the skin making it feel soft and gives my skin a glow. I don't use foundation so I rely on my natural skin to look its best, and it works.

Australian Lime Finger

NATIVE AUSTRALIAN RESTORATION LOTION

This lotion is designed to nourish and rejuvenate the skin especially from the effects of pollution and drying indoor air conditioning. The main ingredient in this lotion is the Native Australian Finger Lime extract harvested from a delicate rainforest tree native to the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Finger Lime Extract has high content of Vitamin C which is known to help protect skin from damaging free radicals UV.

This cream, also Lanolin based, contains Vitamin B3 to help repair and also protect from UV damage.

The Restoration Lotion also contains Allantoin that encourages skin to shed dead cells and grow new ones, preventing dull, sallow skin.

My verdict: Native Australian Restoration Lotion is easy to apply lotion that only needs a little to go a long way. It almost makes my skin feel 'tighter' I'm not sure if that's what it is meant to do but that's the sensation I feel.

Bee on Manuka Flower

NATIVE AUSTRALIAN GOATS MILK & MANUKA HONEY COMPLEX

Just wow! This is a sensational product that I use on my face and all over my body. I know I should not admit this because I'll be frowned upon by some, but I'm a sun lover and I have a tan most of the year just because I rather be outside than inside. So my skin needs a very good moisturiser. Well I've found it! This cream, like the two I mentioned above absorbs quickly and a little goes a long way. I've used a number of creams on my legs, because they tend to get a bit dry especially in winter, and this cream changes that dryness to totally moisturised in seconds, and it lasts all day.

This highly nourishing cream is also enriched with natural oils such as Macadamia Oil, Sunflower Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil and Sweet Orange Oil.

My verdict: Yes! The Native Australian Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Complex is a winner! It's a fabulous cream, that doesn't leave any oil residue behind, it makes my skin feel soft and smells divine.

All these products have a beautiful natural scent. Surprisingly enough, they are also very reasonably priced.
