One of Sydney's best-known pan-Asian chefs has arrived in Homebush, bringing a fresh new dining experience to the historic Horse & Jockey Hotel.

Chef Kim Udomdj, better known as Missy K, has launched a vibrant menu inspired by the bold flavours of Asia, transforming the much-loved local pub into a destination for handmade dumplings, comforting noodle dishes and wok-fired favourites.

With more than three decades of culinary experience and a loyal following from her popular Paddington restaurant, Missy K has created a menu that celebrates authentic flavours while introducing some inventive new dishes.

Fresh dumplings are rolled in-house every day, with diners able to choose from nine varieties including wild mushroom, truffle and thyme, pork with apple cider, and lamb with leek. Long-time favourites such as Dan Dan Noodles, Crab Rangoon, Mala Dry Pot Wok Fry and Mie Goreng also feature on the menu.

For those looking for a quick weekday meal, the new Express Lunch offers excellent value. Guests can begin with handmade dumplings before choosing a satisfying main including Chicken Katsu Bowl, Dan Dan Noodles or Pad See Ew, with mains starting from just $21.

Whether you're meeting friends for lunch, enjoying a relaxed dinner or searching for Sydney's latest dumpling destination, Missy K at the Horse & Jockey Hotel offers a fresh reason to visit Homebush.
