The Butler Potts Point has introduced a delicious new reason to dine out during winter, launching Tuesday Table – a weekly celebration of one of the restaurant's signature dishes.

The limited winter offering showcases Chef Amber Doig's much-loved Lamb Barbacoa, inspired by the traditional flavours of Oaxaca in southern Mexico.

Slow-cooked for twelve hours until beautifully tender, the lamb is served taco-style with warm corn tortillas, crisp cucumbers, sumac onions, house-made salsa and golden shoestring fries.

Guests can also enhance the experience with a rotating sommelier-selected wine pairing for an additional $15, making it an ideal midweek dinner for couples, friends or food lovers wanting something a little different.

Known for its contemporary Mexican and Latin American cuisine, The Butler continues to be one of Sydney's favourite dining destinations, with its leafy terrace and relaxed atmosphere making it a popular year-round venue.

Tuesday Table is available until 25 August, offering Sydneysiders the perfect excuse to turn an ordinary Tuesday into a memorable night out.
