If you missed your flight to Europe this year, The Winery is bringing European vibes to Surry Hills with a week of festive cheer.


The perfect excuse to celebrate with great food and drinks and indulge in those Christmassy feels with friends. The week will include a trivia night, laneway BBQ celebration and European Christmas Dinner.



The Winery – Christmas in July Week: 22nd – 26th July

Christmas in July Trivia Special: Wednesday 22nd July, from 7pm


Guests can dust off their Christmas jumpers with this fun Christmas themed trivia night hosted by James Breko. The night will be filled with all things merry and there’s prizes for best dressed. The trivia is free to join.


The Winery Christmas in July

Christmas in July: Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July, 7pm


This laneway celebration will make guests feel as if they have been whisked away to a European Christmas. Mulled wine on arrival and delicious European style dishes for $65 per person. For those looking to get extra merry, a bottomless package (2 hours) is available for $39 per person.


Orphan’s Christmas in July: Sunday 26th July, times 12:30pm – 3pm


This tasty Christmas BBQ is the perfect reason to celebrate for those who love Christmas with their friends who are essentially family. Packed with all the Christmas favourites, the BBQ is a shared style menu for $45 per person so guests can sit back and relax. The Winery’s famous bottomless Prosecco fountain is also available for $69 per person (2 hours).

COVID PRECAUTIONS Australian Venue Co has created moderated dining experiences that maintain the highest standards of health and safety for customers.

In line with advice from the NSW Government, customers will experience the ‘new normal’ for drinking and dining out with friends and family:


· Tables will be distanced 1.5m apart

· Hand sanitiser readily available through the venue

· Reduced capacity to allow for social distancing

· Increased cleaning regimes to maintain impeccable hygiene standards

· Staff will be temperature checked before starting their shift

· Contactless order and payment encouraged

Customers are able to view the menu (including images of all items), order and pay on their phone via the venue websites, no need to download any extra apps – thanks to a partnership with Mr Yum.  Staff will bring meals direct to the table.
