Darlo Country Club Host St Germain Brunch

Darlo Country Club

How very nice! Brunch on a Saturday! Once a month until September, Darlo Country Club will host a St Germain Brunch.

I have sampled the menu at the recent launch, along with some very nice St Germain Cocktails and I am sure these brunches will be a sellout! There are three different packages from $65 to $105 ($105 being bottomless Moet & Chandon).

Special St Germain Brunch Menu

St Germain Spritz on arrival, which will also be topped up throughout the day

Granola, fresh fruit and elderflower yoghurt pots

Croissant & rhubarb and elderflower jam

Salmon Board - Salmon gravlax, potato blini’s, crème fraiche, salmon roe, heirloom tomatoes, Spanish onion and bagels.

Croque madam - Double smoked ham and gruyere cheese toastie topped with a poached egg

Roast Spatchcock with Nicoise Salad

Strawberry crepes with elderflower ice cream, flambéed table side with calvados

I thought the salmon blini's, and croque madam were the winner for me. The rhubarb and elderflower jam was also a hit!
