It started as a hobby whipping up some muesli slices for school kids visiting their working farm and now it is a Victorian-based business, serving delicious treats to the world from their original home-made recipes. We are talking about Springhill Farm.

Springhill Farm is a family owned and operated business based in Ballarat Victoria. They are about to launch a new product in the Springhill Pantry range range, which will be available in Thomas Dux and Ritchies stores in NSW.

Springhill Pantry is focused on creating delicious products made using exquisite ingredients, The newest addition to the range is a date & pecan sharing slice and is delicious served in long slices or small squares, warmed with a caramel sauce, or even toasted and served with your favourite soft cheese.

The good news is there is a gluten free range too!
